These terms apply to oliazavozina.com, run by Olia Zavozina Bridal (House of Zavozina, LLC, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Our gowns and services

The site shows our collections and services. Photos, descriptions, availability and prices can change without notice, and colors on screen may differ from the fabric. Your order is confirmed only by the written agreement you sign with us.

Appointments

Sending an appointment or alterations request doesn’t reserve a time. A member of our team will contact you to confirm one.

Orders, payments and refunds

Every purchase is governed by the written agreement you sign with us. In summary:

• Custom and special-order gowns are ordered for you as soon as you place the order, so they can’t be cancelled or returned. All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable. If your wedding is postponed, the balance is still due by the original date in your agreement.
• Alterations are paid before work begins, and no refund or credit is given for work described in your alterations agreement.
• Sample and sale gowns are sold as is, paid in full and taken home on the day of purchase, and can’t be returned for a refund or store credit.
• Card payments are processed by our payment processor. By paying, you authorize the charge for the amount shown.

Our content

The designs, photographs, text and logos on this site belong to Olia Zavozina Bridal or the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs or content without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to interfere with how it works or to gain access to areas you aren’t authorized to use, and no automated collection of its content or of anyone’s information.

Links to other sites

We link to sites we don’t control, such as social media and press features. We aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site and aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law or under your signed agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
